Shipping policy
Where do you ship from, where do you ship to, and for how much?
All orders are shipped from our offices in Toronto, Canada. I am willing to try to ship anywhere delivery carrier partners are able to deliver. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination, desire shipping speed and tracking preferences. All available options, and their associated costs, will be presented upon checkout. Shipments outside of Canada may include customs and duties, which are not covered by the shipping costs and may need to be paid to the receiving country before the shipments will be released from that countries' customs agency.
Free shipping is available to customers in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Free shipping to the United States offers full tracking by default; free shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand only include partial tracking (tracking until the package leaves Canada) at best. In order to qualify for free shipping, the order total before taxes and fees must meet or exceed $50 CAD. A banner on each webpage will list the current free shipping threshold in your selected currency.
Orders shipped without full tracking are sent at the customer's full risk. Pin-Ace offers no guarantees or warranties and claims no liability or responsibility for packages which are lost or missing in transit and are not fully tracked.
Can I order wholesale for my store or website?
Bulk orders are available. Please contact me if you are looking to order any designs in quantity. Discounts are available based on the number ordered.
Is tracking available?
Yes, tracking is available as a shipping upgrade option! Unfortunately, Standard Shipping only includes non-tracked shipping. Upgraded shipping to all countries includes tracking. Unfortunately, tracked shipping options from Canada is too prohibitive to offer in any other means.
Are your pins shipped securely and in a discrete package?
Yes! All pins are shipped in a manilla bubble mailer. All packages sent lettermail will be labeled with the Pin-Ace logo, the return address, your address, and a do not bend warning. All packages shipped ground or air are affixed with a shipping label where products are described as "Metal Badges". No further description of the contents are provided.
If your package arrives damaged in any way, please do not hesitate to contact and we can arrange replacements.
